Before you ask

A few things
before booking.

Answers to common questions about the work and the estimate.

Is my job too small?

A small job is a good place to start. Send one task or a short list. We will review the work, location and access before confirming whether it is a fit.

Are estimates free?

Yes. Share the job details and useful photos. We may need a visit or more information before estimating the work. The work itself is priced and agreed separately.

Can you help a condo, strata or business?

Yes, you can request property maintenance for common areas, rentals or business premises. Include the decision maker, access arrangements, working-hour restrictions and any vendor-document requirements.

Can several jobs be grouped together?

Yes. Include them in one list and mark the priorities. We will check what can sensibly be combined and confirm the scope before scheduling.

What about a bigger project?

Send an outline. Larger jobs are considered individually based on the work, team capacity and specialist requirements. We will not assume that every renovation is a suitable fit.

Do you do landscaping as well?

Outdoor care is part of the offer: lawn and garden upkeep, seasonal cleanup and smaller outdoor tasks. Tell us whether you need a one-time tidy-up or recurring care.
